Cynda Green is from Austin. “As a parent of a young adult with a disability, I know how difficult it is navigating services and finding the supports for young adults as they transition into adulthood,” said Green. “I applied for Partners to become a strong advocate to support people with all disabilities.”

Essential Information for Parents When their Child gets a Diagnosis

Project Description

Create a short guide with essential information for parents whose child has been newly diagnosed with a disability. This guide will also have information about personal support networks.

This project is a collaboration with Martha Aguilar.
