Tara Tolbert

Tara Tolbert is 47 years old and was diagnosed with Turner Syndrome at the age of 4. Tara is originally from Ohio and moved to Texas in 2015. Since then, she has found challenges in finding affordable transportation, as she is unable to drive herself. One of Tara’s advocacy goals is to find affordable transportation to get her to and from work.

Project Description

Tara’s capstone project is focused on finding affordable transportation options for the disabled and elderly. She hopes to find finding for this initiative.
