Cameras in Special Education Classrooms
This capstone project will aim to successfully amend the language in Texas Education Code §29.022 to ensure it protects and includes all students with disabilities by mandating cameras in every special education classroom from resource to self-contained. In addition, other measures will be included in the bill amendment to fulfill the intent of the law.
