Robert Miller

Robert Miller is the proud father of a child on the autism spectrum. Miller has worked in tech on both coasts, but has lived in Central Texas on and off for over 20 years. At work, he advocates passionately to develop hiring programs for neurodiverse individuals.

Miller’s family is his heart, Together with his two children, he likes to hike, travel, and do science experiments. In his free time, he likes to run, box, and read.

Texas Startup Accessibility Summit

Project Description

Accessibility needs to be a core design principle for hardware and software products. Texas does not provide a summit that brings the disability community and Texas startups together. This capstone project builds a platform for experts, the disability community, and startups to come together to identify gaps in requirements and design, trends in accessibility, and current regulations and requirements.
