Project Title

Disability Board Include Project

Project Description

Alex’s capstone project focuses on making an online training tool for non-profit board members. This tool helps people with disabilities learn leadership skills and provides the guiding documents needed to ensure inclusivity on boards. Chau created the project so that people with disabilities can be part of the decision making for organizations that are disability and non-disability related. The project will teach skills on how to be on board and will connect people with disabilities to board position opportunities.
