Deana Armstrong lives in Boerne. “I see possibilities for all individuals with disabilities to engage in the community, find competitive employment, and lead fulfilling lives,” said Armstrong. “I want to find a way to motivate individuals throughout the state of Texas to seek out opportunities to provide an inclusive community.”

Develop a service that supports the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities that reside outside of the San Antonio VIAtrans Paratransit Service range.
