Initiative to Increase State Funding for the HCS Medicaid Waiver program

Project Description

Develop a detailed resource for legislators to better understand the need for expanded funding for the HCS Medicaid Waiver program. Develop and execute a plan for advocating to state legislators with the goal of systematically increasing funding every two years. Create an advocacy guide/website with information and action steps for other advocates.
