Project Title

Neurodiversity Awareness and Inclusion Training for Nonprofit Leaders

Project Description

Nonprofit leaders have a huge impact on their communities and the people they serve. As nonprofit organizations are typically tasked with doing more with less, professional development can be difficult to prioritize, particularly when it comes to awareness and inclusion for people with disabilities as employees, clients, and stakeholders. By offering a series of free, brief, but powerful training and learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders on neurodiversity awareness and inclusion, people with disabilities will be more included, valued, and considered in nonprofit organizations and in the wider community.
