Elizabeth Spear is a filmmaker who has cared for family members with disabilities her entire life. Spear has worked with people with disabilities to tell their stories through the medium of film. Currently, she works for a company that provides services to people with disabilities. She has two young children and they live in Austin, Texas.

Perspectives: Story Bank for People Affected by Disabilities

Project Description

The Story Bank is an archive of short format documentary videos of those affected by disabilities in the state of Texas. Initiatives and organizations may apply to use these stories to further an approved cause in the area of progressing disability rights. People from all over Texas may also apply to have their story told by professional filmmakers and be housed in the bank.
