TenBrink will lead TCDD’s leadership and advocacy efforts, including managing the Texas Partners in Policymaking program.
Congratulations to the Texas Partners in Policymaking class of 2022! These disability advocates leave the program equipped to lead positive change at the local, state, and federal levels.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, session 6 of Texas Partners in Policymaking was held online. Participants from across the state gathered via video conference to continue their advocacy training.
During the session, state and national experts provided presentations and facilitated discussions that focused on successful educational outcomes for students with DD and what’s possible in Texas.
